After 18 years of self-development, spiritual study, and immersion in several healing modalities, including 15 years of study and practice of the ancient wisdom of Kabbalah, I share energy and information via my podcast, “Cosmic Chats with Debbie Sugarbaker,” which you can find on all major platforms. The podcast is a sacred space where I converse with individuals who are elevating consciousness around health, wellness, business, relationships, as well as life and death.
I also conduct one-on-one theta healing sessions (in person or via zoom), which can help you clear your subconscious mind and align with your soul. My client’s have experienced definite improvements in their health, relationships, and business.
Besides my work in the fields of spirituality and wellness, I also have a background in ghostwriting and editing books, content development, and medical journalism. I’ve been writing poetry on and off since I learned how to spell, and I share my “Cosmic Thoughts” daily on my instagram and facebook pages.
I graduated from the University of Minnesota with a double major in Classics and Latin. I studied ancient philosophy and languages at Oxford University and at the Centre for Hellenic, Balkan, and Mediterranean Studies in Athens, Greece.

Here is a bit more about Rachel: “Rachel discovered Kabbalah in 2000 when her exploration of spiritual development led her to a lecture at the Los Angeles Centre. Already an accomplished young businesswoman at the time, she had material success but felt there was more to life; more she could contribute to the world. Rav Berg’s words, “the purpose of Kabbalah is to remove chaos from the world,” struck a deep chord in Rachel. She immediately delved into the wisdom of Kabbalah and, within months, was working at the LA Centre. Rachel officially became a Kabbalah Centre Instructor in 2010, a role she relishes because she can connect with her students on a soul level. Her goal is to ignite their desire to connect to their true, inner selves so that they can draw out their strength and find fulfillment in life. She has a background in business from her native land of Israel and is a certified life coach, CBT therapist, and practitioner of other healing modalities.”

In a theta healing session, I will guide you and I into a theta brain wave state via a special meditation. From there we will have a conversation about what you want to shift. Usually, many insights and new perspectives will be revealed as to what is really the main belief system or feeling state that needs to be changed/elevated. We can tackle common blocks such as shame, regret, sadness, resentment, and fear. Often, memories from your past will surface and I may receive images or messages that can also help to reveal what the Creator can heal.
